Independence Day

Happy 4th of July!!

What we have been up to lately...
I spent yesterday up in Boise checking out the Bodybuilding.com warehouse and call center with my boss and two other managers from Backcountry.com. It sounds like a very odd and uneventful thing to do, but it was really fun. It was cool to see another call center (they're also owned by Liberty Media) and although I would never buy their products, the people were cool.

We had time to spare after meeting with them so we went to see Get Smart. I have to say I was disappointed. Its Dollar Movie worthy, but I wouldn't pay full price to see it. I also learned that airports are so much more pleasant to be in when eating a Cinnabon and that vanilla Italian Soda with cream is delicious!

This evening Mark and I have been watching The Office, washing the car, and doing nothing (really, I fell asleep and woke up with drool on my arm)...its great to have a long weekend.

What else have Mark and I been doing recently?

Making way for this desk (once we set it up it was, uh, much bigger than it looked in the store). But, Mark does all of his photography work from home, so its nice to have the space. Now what we'll do when the baby comes and we can't interrupt her sleeping?...time to call Qwest and figure out wireless internet.

We went to my step mom's house, Swendy, and had dinner with her, my dad, Liz, and Dan. It was really good to see them and I had been super sick earlier that day and it felt good to get out of the house.

And a summer necessity: going to The Cabin!

the best smores ever: you first roast the mallows as usual. then, set up your complete smore (in this case toffee/chocolate covered peanuts were used), next wrap it in foil and place it in a warm spot on the fire. let it melt for just a few minutes. unwrap, and enjoy!

And of course, being pregnant. We went to the doctor last week and everything is looking good. I am SO thankful to have had such an easy pregnancy so far and to be so healthy.
I've recently won a bunch of clothes from my work(like the top I'm wearing in the pic) and its been awesome since I have so few clothes I can actually fit into.

Mark and I took dinner up Millcreek two weeks ago and had FHE. I also won the outfit in the pic above [Prana Luna Maternity top and pant]
