Mark and I went to our 20 week appt yesterday evening. Everything looks good and normal. The baby was all squished up so it was hard to get good pictures...but the images were good enough to tell that it's a girl! Mark and I had no idea beforehand and didn't wish for one or the other. We are VERY excited that she's growing healthy and strong! ...I just get nervous about having lots of pink stuff. As you know, I've pretty much always fallen into the 'Tomboy' category.
If you have any ideas for girl names, bring 'em on!

yay! i feel a playdate coming on already with our girls! sorry, can't help you in the name department. lucy came to me the night before i had her. we procrastinate.
Congrats on the baby girl! Good luck with names. We were happy we were having a boy because we already had a name picked out, but no girl names.
Congratulations! Same with me- I'm glad we're having a boy because girl names are HARD. You could always name her Melissa... :)
Congratulations!!! Girls are the best and pink will take on a whole new importance once you see that baby...and when people can't tell in the early stages if it's a boy or girl...it's nice to have some pink around:)
so i guess that dream i had about your baby boy was totally off ... which is probably a good thing since he went psycho. i am so excited for you!! i actually have a whole bunch of girl names i love, but no boy names. so we'll chat later.
Girls are so much fun. You'll learn to love pink and purple, because otherwise everyone just automatically assumes your child is a boy (that is why Hannah no longer wears red, yellow or green unelss she has a giant bow in her hair). I am so excited for you!
So excited!
Might as well give you suggestions here...Mia, Ella, Hanna, Lily, Elsa, Maya, Adrie. Some might be the same as I wrote you at work today :)
ooooo this is so exciting! a little mini ali running around --LOVE IT! congratulations :)
Ali ~ Congratulations!! Having a little girl is so much fun! I am so excited for you guys!!!
This is Amanda (Jager) Flamm. I blog stock you a little here and there..hope that's alright. I just wanted to tell you Congrats!
That's really exciting you're having a little girl. I wish you the best and when it comes to names I like the old fashion ones; my little girl is Amelia, but we call her Millie. Brady always tells people Millie is short for Millicent at Brighton.
