We just got back from South Carolina (Folly Beach). I had to post a few pics before Mark put his up (since mine are so ghetto, compared to his. I still love my 6 year old little Pentax digital camera though).
The ocean was SO warm! I love the soft sandy and shell filled beaches. The waves were good for surfing (or watching in my case). The weather was perfect and partly cloudy. The best part is that the beaches never get crowded there.
This what you do on an airplane for 4 hours...eat suckers and make silly faces.
We went to a place called Melvins.They give you an onion ring the size of a donut, really, with your meal.
