gettin' learned

The last little while Mark and I have spent a little quality time outdoors, learning. We learned:
How to use a till
How to till the garden
Why turkey manure is so awesome
How to prune grape vines
How to prune fruit trees
That you can never have too many garden/yard tools

Yesterday Siri and I took an adventure outside in the blowing windy wind! After taking a few steps she got blown over but quickly got used to staying on her feet through the gusts. She was excited to wave hi to the horses and pet them. She held her first potato bug and worm, it was great. I'll have to teach here more about the tater bugs later so she won't be nervous to hold them. She kept trying to pokie it off my hand with the stick she was holding.

We are crazy busy with lots of work for each of us and playing with Siri. It will be a big job taking care of everything, but we're excited to learn and hopefully enjoy, literally, the fruits of our labors!
