Running boogs

When you do an official race it is really exciting. You train, tell people about it, and take pictures. Well, the 1/2 marathon I was going to do in St. George Saturday didn't work out (not enough motivation to pay for it and no one to do it with). So, today I did my own 1/2 marathon along the Wasatch Front. I have no pictures and I did it with the help of my iPod. At least the finish line was Liz's house so I got to see her and hold baby Sam. The beginning and middle were great and the last 2 miles kinda hurt. It's very fulfilling to accomplish a goal though!

Siri has been on anti biotics (which thankfully she loves to take everyday) and has a faucet of snot coming out her nose. I think today I can officially say she is done with the bink! It took more commitment on my part, so I think I'm more proud of myself than her. She loves to wave to people, eat tangerines, push toy strollers, talk on the phone (or anything that looks remotely like a phone), dance to music, and run around in any open space.

Mark is cooking us dinner right now (and went grocery shopping with Siri earlier today), how awesome is that?! Baked pasta with veggies and a homemade red and white sauce with chicken. He just read 'Atlas Shrugged' in just a few weeks...he's a voracious reader! We are both playing on an indoor soccer team with some of my cousins and love it. It is so fun to have a hobby like that to do together.

Both of us are working from home and love being together. Although, yes, we for sure get on each others nerves.
But yeah, life is awesome.
