Sunny and 60

I heart that its turning to spring!

I took a day off work today to hang out and get things done. I slept in and then watched my 3 week old niece, Lily, for a bit. Next was a walk in the sun, mmm. Around noon Liz and I went up to Alta and took a few runs with some people from work. It was slush at the bottom and windy at the top...spring skiing is the best!

Right now I have parmesan rolls baking in the oven and it smells like heaven. I love being able to keep our sliding door open to let the breeze come through the house. I've gotten bills paid and laundry done. So what does that leave me left to do? Clean some more, load the dishwasher, run errands, and do yardwork. All of these things that are 'tasks' seem so much easier and fun to do on a Friday when I'm getting paid not to be at work.

[If you haven't made rolls in a bundt pan before...it is a must! All you have to do: Get a package of Rhodes frozen rolls dough. Melt 1/2 cube butter. Put 1c parmesan cheese in a bowl. Dip the frozen rolls in butter, then cheese. Layer in bundt pan. Let rise. Bake 25-30min @ 350. Pull apart to serve. SO GOOD!]

Mark is working more at Nine Lives Media doing graphics work, and with Brent doing photography. Their pictures are beautiful...which is helped by the fact that they somehow always have good looking people who hire them. Here are a few from their shoot yesterday.

Although most everyone knows, I haven't posted the news on our blog: Mark and I are expecting our first tiny babe in September! Minus a few bouts of nausea, I've been feeling really good. We'll find out at our next appt (May 7th) the sex of the baby. Some people say that 'just knew' what it was going to be...but we are both clueless. Any guesses?

[it will be a miracle if/when this room transforms into a nursery]
