*Mark has all the good pics from Christmas and Jane's birthday, so maybe if we're lucky he'll post some later.
Updating this blog isn't a priority for me, as you can tell, but I'd like to keep it updated enough that people don't delete it off their blog roll:) I love looking at other people's blogs and seeing what is new with them. As for us, a few highlights are:
Jane turned 1. So thankful to have her. I love to smell her and kiss her warm neck when she wakes up. I love when she yells MMM! after we say 'amen' to prayers. She is on the verge of walking and has her 6th tooth coming through.
I'm unofficially training for a marathon. I started the week after Thanksgiving, but haven't actually registered yet :) Mark doing the Ironman inspired me to take on a challenge and something new. I plan to do the Sand Hollow marathon on March 31st. If you have advice-regarding running in general, running in the dark, in the cold, alone, long distances, certain shoes, opinions on how to fuel...please tell me!
Siri is in swim lessons at Swim Kids in Holladay. She's improving and is now to the point where she's super excited to go (she used to be afraid). She loves to play dress ups, soccer, ballerina, read books, and 'help' us cook. She and Janie love playing with each other and I'm so thankful to have 2 healthy kids!
Mark continues to nerd out on his computer and phone as he responds to 'new inquiries' from people interested in wedding (and other sorts of) photography. Although he doesn't have a boss to deal with, being self-employed most definitely has it's challenges. He's finally found what works for him, which means being on his own in which he created his new company, Pier23.
