It's emotional

I want to post about how I exercised on Saturday. As I was 'wogging' (jogging, but so slow it was like walking), I thought "why would I want to post about something as boring as jogging?" and I realized that the reason we all post about anything is because we want to share experiences that make us emotional.

So, Saturday after the morning session of Conference I decided to go outside and get some exercise while Mark watched Siri. I opened the door and realized it was raining...no problem. I grabbed my rain shell and started trekking up Creek road. Once I got past the ridiculously steep part I started jogging. It was scary at first, like I thought I was going to break a leg or something. It had just been so long since my body had been able to take more impact than walking. I jogged for a good 45 minutes around the neighborhood. It was warm enough to wear shorts and I just took in deep breathes of the lucious outside air and let the rain soak my face and hair. It felt SO good!

Hi Ali, that is so funny I call what I do wogging. I have never heard anyone else call it that. Your baby is beautiful! Hope all is going well for you! Holly DeSantis
